The Canterbury Homeowners Association usually meets at 6:30 PM the second Monday of each month, February through November, via teleconference. The call-in number is always near the top of the home page for quick reference. Changes to that schedule are posted to the site as far in advance as time allows. After the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings will once again be held in the clubhouse.

Canterbury HOA meetings include an open-to-the-community session so everyone can stay in touch with what’s going on (e.g. upcoming maintenance work), followed by a closed session for the Board. The meetings are also attended by a representative of the Kirkpatrick Management Company, the professional property management company engaged by the community.
